Gourmet Fresh Roasted Coffee
The Kilkare Woods Espresso blend offers an underpinning of rich chocolate low tones, rustic palm sugar-type sweetness, earthy dried fruits, velvety mouthfeel, and finishing hints that are leathery, herbal, fruited, and of course bittersweet.
I enjoy it most as a cappuccino. I use a triple basket with 21 grams of grounds and collect 31.5 grams of espresso (1:1.5 ratio) and add 150 degree steamed Half & Half.
